DescriptionFrench green ground with band of pale yellow on moulded rim, oval cartouche painted in polychrome enamels with a cathedral (Durham?). There are two fishermen in the foreground, and gilt sprays and scrollwork borders. Painting attributed to J. Fermyhough, c.1830.
