DescriptionA Höchst two-handled baluster pot-pourri vase and cover painted by Johann Melchior Scholhammer. Both sides have figures in river landscape in one with three figures dominating the foreground, within a symmetrical rococo cartouche of scrolls moulded. It is decorated and gilt in puce, and the handles have applied flowers.
