DescriptionHand-built vase of ovoid form with broad shoulders, and a narrowing tapering foot. The flat covers lying flush with the shoulders, and one has a loop handle and the other a button finial. It is covered in a saffron yellow glaze with kaki (persimmon or orange-brown coloured glaze - a colour introduced in the Sung period at the Ding ware kilns).
