DescriptionChinese porcelain brush pot (bitong) of cylindrical form slightly flaring at the mouth. It is incised with double line bands at mouth and foot, and a neatly rounded base unglazed. Decorated in underglaze blue with a seated qilin among rockwork, trees, mountains and other foliage with v-strokes.
