DescriptionA St. James Factory gold-mounted Chinoiserie scent bottle and stopper. It is modelled as an Asian lady wearing a robe patterned with sprigs of flowers and cherries. She is holding a parasol, and the top forms the stopper. It is on a domed base painted on the slightly concave underside with a border of shaded green leaves centring a puce floral spray. The footrim, the bottle, and stopper necks are mounted in gold. It is with the original fitted shagreen case.
