DescriptionScent bottle in the form of a pair of lovers, and mounted in gilt metal. The youth is attempting to embrace the girl, standing by a budding rose tree. A dove at its summit forms the stopper. The youth wears a yellow hat with blue rosettes, a claret coloured smock and black breeches with pink bow knots. The girl wears a low cut yellow and turquoise bodice, a green apron and a flowered white skirt. They stand upon a green and brown mounded base. Its concave base is decorated with a green ground.
