DescriptionA pair of Derby plates painted with flowers by William "Quaker" Pegg. One with "Moss Rose Buds" signed in blue on the back and the other signed "Tulips", also in blue on the back. Both plates have brilliant yellow ground rims with plain and foliate wreath in gilt.
