DescriptionZacatecas seated female figure, Late Formative period, holding thin arms below her breasts and at the sides of her body. Figure has heavy thighs and small feet. Facial features are ridged and perforated, with suspended ear and nose ornaments. Painted in ochre and deep brownish-orange with areas of black geometric patterns.
