DescriptionMaya whistle and rattle female figure, Jaina, Late Classic period, hollow molded, seated cross-legged and arms resting on legs. The figure is wearing a bow in her hair and bracelets and ear ornaments. She has a scarification on her face. It is painted with a panel of Maya blue on the skirt, and it is buff ware.
