DescriptionMaya standing male figure, Jaina, Late Classic period, possibly in a self sacrificial pose, with outstretched arms and holding a twisted cloth in both hands. He has backward-swept hair falling on the left shoulder, and is wearing earrings and a necklace with shell and pearl pendant. Areas of orange and blue pigment.
