DescriptionChavin stirrup-spout bottle, Early Horizon Period, with half the vessel and spout moulded with a stylized zoomorphic head, possibly a serpent's head, with a scalloped crown. It has a geometric and stippled background and the handle has a projecting knob. It is surrounded by stippling and incised linear motif.
