DescriptionA pair of Bijin (a court beauty) figures, leaning backwards and slightly to one side. Their kimono are decorated in the Kakiemon style with black, iron-red, green and blue enamels with rectangular panels and stylised grasses. Pierced holes for metal mounting in Europe as a candelabra.
