DescriptionWorcester pierced oval twig basket, after a Meissen or Chelsea prototype, of oval section. The sides are reticulated with a trellis work design, and the exterior has applied moulded florets on the intersections. It has hand formed flowers and foliage at base of tow applied twig handles, and a countersunk base. Transfer-printed with underglaze blue with "The Pine Cone" pattern, with Delft-style border pattern 76.
