DescriptionMinton plate, in the Japonesque taste, shaped rim, and transfer-printed with a fan-shaped reserve with birds in flight. It is flanked with three botanical motifs, and painted in polychrome enamels on a yellow ground. The fan batons are decorated with acid-etched gold chinoiserie inspired details, and similar techniques used on the rim bands.
