DescriptionLate Ming, early Qing Chinese porcelain vase of double gourd shape with a short neck, and the is base inset. Decorated in underglaze blue with peonies, lefy foliate among rockwork, bamboo and rock motifs in the major register. The middle has a band of foliate spray design below a band of simple foliate and rocks, and the neck with a border of upright stiff leaf tips.
