DescriptionBöttger double-handled chocolate cup and saucer decorated in gilding in the manner of Bartholomew's Seuter at Augsburg. It has fanciful chinoiserie scenes above a gadrooned lower section with alternating stripes of scrolls, dots and plain gilding. The gadrooned saucer is similarly decorated.
