DescriptionA Palermo drug jar with ovoid body tapering to a short foot. It is decorated with an oval panel showing St. Lucy holdng a tray with her eyes removed in martyrdom. She is standing in a landscape, in green, blue, yellow and ochre, within a yellow and ochre frame. The reserve on a dark blue ground painted with martial trophies in grey, yellow and manganese.
