DescriptionChantilly boat-shaped pickle dish, one end featuring a tri-lobed cartouche decorated with a dense mosaic diaper pattern borrowed from Japanese Imari wares. The reserved body is enamelled with a pair of quail amidst flowering plants, and with scattered insects.
