DescriptionChinese porcelain famille verte (wucai) bowl with everted foliate rim. It is painted in underglaze blue with a central medallion of four clawed dragons. The rim has a mottled blue band interspersed with four Buddhist motifs, and the exterior with four dragons in blue alternating with polychrome. Beneath the rim is a band of babao, enamelled in yellow, red, black and green, and gilt.
