DescriptionMeissen figure of Harlequin playing the bagpipes modelled by Johann Joachim Kaendler. He is wearing a puce cap, and a gilt-edged doublet, half striped in puce and half painted with playing cards on a turquoise ground. He is also wearing yellow breeches, and is playing a tan bagpipe. He is seated on a white rockwork applied with a striate puce florette and green leaves.
