His face, with its large black moustache, is turned to the left. He wears a broad-brimmed, black hat turned up front, an iron-red, skirted coat with a black belt, decorated with gold around the edges, and with gilt buttons in front and on the gold-edged pockets. The black knee breeches have yellow flower rosettes, and he wears white stockings, black buckle-shoes, and a white ruff round the neck and wrist-ruffles.  A  full, white cloak, hangs from his shoulders to the ground.
