He is sitting on a rocky white pillar with his legs apart, the left one resting firmly on the base and the right one against it and slightly pulled back.  He looks over to the right with a smiling face holding a black and white pair of 'goat-bagpipes' under his left arm, and with the pale brown bellows dangling from his right wrist by a yellow strap.  He wears the long brown pipe over his left shoulder hanging down his back. He sports a gold-trimmed black tricorn hat over his short brown hair and a white ruff and sleeve ruffles.
