He looks over to the right with a smiling face holding a black and white pair of 'goat-bagpipes' under his left arm, and with the pale brown bellows dangling from his right wrist by a yellow strap.  He wears the long brown pipe over his left shoulder hanging down his back. He sports a gold-trimmed black tricorn hat over his short brown hair and a white ruff and sleeve ruffles.
